Return and Refund Policy

At AP Perfumes, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns for unwanted items

You may request to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With the manufacturer’s seal fully intact

For hygiene, safety and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perfumes, fragrance oils or scented products that have been opened, used, sprayed, tested, tampered with, or where the manufacturer’s seal has been removed or broken.

If the seal has been removed, the product cannot be resold and will not be accepted as a return unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If we confirm that the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to request a return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return postage

For unwanted items, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. The item must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return delivery.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we will advise you on the next steps after reviewing your case.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless required by law or unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Items we cannot accept back

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used perfumes
  • Products with broken or removed manufacturer seals
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or poor return packaging
  • Gift cards, if applicable
