Shipping Policy
At AP Perfumes, we aim to provide secure, reliable and carefully handled UK delivery for all orders.
UK Delivery
We currently offer free UK delivery on all orders.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and tracking information where available.
We usually send orders using Royal Mail Signed For, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Royal Mail Tracked with Signature, depending on the order value, product type and delivery availability.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are usually:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
Royal Mail Signed For: usually 1–3 working days depending on the service used
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, busy periods, bank holidays, weather, strikes, incorrect delivery details or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Cost
Standard UK Delivery: Free
Where available, we may use a tracked or signed delivery service at no extra cost to the customer.
Tracking and Signature
For added security, some orders may be sent using a tracked or signed service. This means your parcel may require a signature or delivery confirmation when it arrives.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel, or follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail if a delivery attempt is missed.
Perfume and Fragrance Shipping
Perfumes and fragrance products may be classed as restricted goods due to alcohol or flammable ingredients. For this reason, we package all orders carefully and use suitable UK delivery services where required.
Products will be sent in secure packaging to help prevent damage, leakage or breakage during transit.
Due to perfume shipping restrictions, we currently focus on UK delivery only. International delivery is not currently available unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.
AP Perfumes is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or non-collection, we may ask the customer to pay for redelivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

Please include your full name and order number so we can investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or broken, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
International Delivery
At the moment, AP Perfumes offers UK delivery only.
If international delivery becomes available in the future, delivery options, costs and restrictions will be shown clearly at checkout.
