These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through AP Perfumes. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

AP Perfumes sells perfumes, fragrance oils and related fragrance products. We aim to provide accurate product names, descriptions, images, sizes, prices and availability. However, product packaging, bottle designs, colours and presentation may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, batch or supplier.
All product descriptions are provided for general guidance only. Fragrance performance, projection and longevity can vary depending on skin type, weather, storage, usage and personal preference.
3. Product authenticity and condition
We aim to supply genuine, sealed and carefully sourced products. Unless clearly stated otherwise, products are supplied in their original packaging.
Customers must check product details carefully before placing an order, including the product name, size, quantity and price.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is only accepted once payment has been completed and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock
- The product price or description contains an error
- Payment is declined or flagged as suspicious
- Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect
- We suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity
- We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our control
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or approved payment providers.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown on our website or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, busy periods, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or non-collection, we may ask the customer to pay for redelivery.
7. Perfume shipping restrictions
Perfumes and fragrance products may be subject to courier and postal restrictions because they can contain alcohol or flammable ingredients. We will use suitable delivery services where required. Some products may be unavailable for certain delivery locations.
8. Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
For hygiene, safety and resale reasons, perfumes, fragrance oils and scented products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging and with the manufacturer’s seal fully intact.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, sprayed, tested, tampered with, or where the manufacturer’s seal has been removed or broken, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, incorrect or not as described, you must contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If we confirm that the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
10. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow our Return and Refund Policy once the item has arrived.
11. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, promotions and offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed unless we choose to do so at our discretion.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
